cbased has developed a toolkit for participative decision-making processes that spans from idea generation systems, innovative text based consultation processes, consensus finding algorithms and techniques to surveys. The platform is easy to use: any of these processes can be set-up within minutes. Alternatively cbased can manage the platform for the customer and supply the know-how to organise a successful communications process.
cbased provides services for public authorities, enterprises and people interested to use the dispersed knowledge inside and outside of their institutions to arrive at better, consensual decisions. To achieve these goals cbased has developed - amongst other things - a new process for text based consultations and has filed the resulting consensus algorithm for patent in the US. cbased has - together with the Austrian Council - received the EPSA Best Practice Certificate 2011 and serves as an OECD best practice example for public sector innovation.
